1. What do you think will become of 311 in the later years as more albums come and go? Tim: Hopefully, we will just continue being happy together and making 311 music. We want to do this forever. Musical exploration. 2. How big do you think Soundsystem be when it hits the shelves? Chad: That?s hard to say. How ?big? is not the most important thing to us. We hope it does well - but we?ll judge the record more on how we like it and whether we are proud of it and whether our fans like it. 3. What are you're plans for next year, in other words will there be another album out next year? Nick: We plan to tour for the year 2000 so there probably won?t be another album. We are hoping to maybe release another home video though. | ||||||||||||||||||

4. Does Syoundsystem have a new style of sound to it to keep the fans going? Nick: Soundsystem has a lot of new elements but it still has the 311 combo of hard rock, reggae, funk and hip-hop. 5. What was the hardest part of making Soundsystem? Chad: Making a record is a real challenge. You are chronicling a part of your life on tape forever. It was hard - but it was an enjoyable experience, especially since we recorded in our own studio ?The Hive.? 6. What is the most important message you would like to say to all of the 311 fans that will read this? Nick: Stay positive and love your life 7. What is you're favorite song off of Soundsystem? P-Nut: Love em all 8. What is you're next step after touring? SA: We are going to do a special US tour of small venues then I think we are going to Japan & Australia for a tour. Then we will tour the US again in the spring/summer of 2000. After that who knows?
